Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Mollie for payment processing and comply with their terms and regulations. Refund disputes should be directed to support@studioprimary.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or legal compliance without notice.
